介绍了建筑工程保险的性质、特征及作用,分析了我国工程保险的发展现状,探讨了我国建筑工程保险的推行障碍,指出应积极探索和完善工程保险制度的具体措施,以期减少损失。
The author introduces the building project insurance＇s properties, characteristics and effect, analyzes the current development situation of Chinese project insurance, discusses the implementation obstacles of Chinese building project insurance, points out concrete measures of exploring and performing project insurance system actively, so as to decrease losses.
