Aiming at the importance of the cost management and control of the mechanization enterprise, the author discusses the cost management and control of the mechanization enterprise from four aspects of scheme pre-contml, performing responsibility budget compilation method, process cost control and completion check, so as to find a cost management model that is suitable for the self development requirements of the mechanization enterprise, thus getting better economical benefit.
