摘要
对铁路临时通信的几种系统方案进行了较为全面的对比,选取IPSTAR卫星通信系统进行组网,给出了IP-STAR卫星通信网的组成框图,并对系统的带宽、时延、可靠性、安全性等关键指标进行了设计和考虑。
It makes a comprehensive analysis of several system plans of temporary railway communication, makes net through choosing IP- STAR satellite communication system, gives the constitution frame of IPSTAR satellite eommunication net, design and considerate the broadband, time lagging, reliability, safety and other key index of system.
