摘要
考察了9种具有抗癌活性的2(N二甲胺基甲基)5(E)亚戊基环戊酮盐的水溶液的热稳定性.试验结果表明,所有化合物在水溶液中均发生分解,且呈一级反应.分解反应的速度常数和表观活化能显示9种盐水溶液的稳定性存在明显的差异.
The thermal stability of nine salts of 2(Ndimethylaminomethyl)5(E)pentylidene cyclopentanone in an aqueous solution was studied. The results showed that all of the salts decomposed by a first order mechanism at tested temperatures.The velocity constants and the apparent energies of activation of the decomposition reactions indicated that the stability of the nine salts in apueous solutions was obviously different.
