通过分析坝体混凝土裂缝的类型和形成原因,研究了防止坝体混凝土出现裂缝的对策,针对水库大坝工程的特点,从配制低温混凝土、妥善配料、分段浇筑和设置接缝、振捣施工工艺、养护措施等过程探讨了裂缝控制的施工要点,以确保大坝施工质量。

Through analyzing dam body concrete crack type and forming reason, the countermeasures to prevent concrete crack were studied. Against to reservoir dam engineering characteristics, the crack control construction points were discussed from preparing low temperature concrete, appropriate batching, segment pouring and set joint, vibrating construction process, maintenance measures etc, so as to guarantee dam construction quality.
