摘要
报导了低碳钢纤维表面诱导高密度聚乙烯形成横晶的现象。通过偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了界面横晶层的结晶形态,并发现在界面层与基体材料间存在宽窄不一的暗带,其同横晶的取向结晶有关。刻蚀样品扫描电镜观察,本体系横晶呈特殊的形貌。DSC研究结果表明,横晶为不完善结晶,呈现两步结晶行为。
The transcrystallinity of HDPE inducted by mild steel fiber surface was reported in this paper,and the morphological structure of the interfacial transcrystallinity was investigated by means of polarized optical microscope(POM),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and DSC.The dark band,a new phenomenon which was somewhat similar to the band of extinction in the spherullite and existed in the system,was partly ascribed to the oriental crystllization behavior.In addition,the surface morphology of the etched sample revealed the particular transcrystalline structure.The DSC results showed the transcrystallinity was imperfect crystallite and the composite system took on a dualstep crystallization behavior.
