论高师院校特殊专业学生特点及思想政治教育工作对策

On Normal College Students Special Features and the Ideological and Political Education Countermeasures

高师院校特殊专业(美术类、音乐类、体育类)学生相对来说是一个特殊的群体。思想政治意识趋于淡化、集体主义观念趋于虚化、组织纪律性趋于软化、文化基础趋于弱化是特殊专业学生不同于其他专业学生的主要特点。加强和改进特殊专业学生思想政治工作,要确定科学客观的指导思想,把思想教育与严格管理相结合,注重养成教育,加强文化素养,提高学生综合素质;要尊重学生的个性价值,强化"三支"队伍建设和校园文化建设,全面促进思想政治教育。

Normal special professional institutions （ art class, music class, sports）, relatively speaking students is a special group. Unlike students in other Colleges, students in College of Fine Art tend to play down the ideological and political awareness, to be lack of the concept of collectivism, to have a weak discipline and culture foundation. To enhance and improve the ideological and po- litical work in the students in College of Fine Arts, it is necessary to determine the guiding ideology of scientific objectivity, combining ideological educations with strict management, focusing on education and strengthening the culture, to improve the students＇ overall quality; at meantime, it is important to promote ideological and political education in all aspects by respecting the value of student＇s personality, strengthening the ＂three＂ team-building and the construction of campus culture.
