摘要
支化叠氮缩水甘油醚聚合物(BGAP)能很好地改善推进剂及塑料粘结炸药(PBX)的装药工艺性质及力学性能。将氯醚胶(PECH)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)溶于二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,在乙二醇(EG)引发下与叠氮钠(NaN3)加热反应即制得BGAP。研究了影响支化反应的主要因素,探索了控制羟基官能度(f)、分子量及其分布值的方法。
Branched glycidyl azide polymer (B GAP) can be used to improve the rheologic characteristics and mechanical properties of solid propellants and plastic bonded explosives. B GAP was prepared by reaction of polyepichlarohydrin (PECH) and its monomer (ECH) with sodium azide (NaN 3) in dimethylforamide (DMF) under 70~100℃ temperature,ethylene glycol (EG) was used as an initiator of polymerization. The main factors influencing on branching and azidation were experimentally investigated,including the method to control the hydroxyfunctionality,molecular weight and its distribution.
