织物对人体皮肤血流量的影响(英文)

摘要 激光多普勒技术是目前惟一能够连续测定人体组织血液灌注量的方法,它可以用来记录皮肤表面毛细血管内血流量的动态反应以及人体在热调节过程中血液流量的变化.采用DRT4激光多普勒血流仪对人体前臂皮肤分别与棉织物和毛织物接触后其血流量和温度的变化情况进行了测试分析.通过对棉织物和毛织物影响的对比分析,发现在较为干冷的环境中,织物的力学刺激对于皮肤血流量和温度具有较大的影响.同时,通过具有不同表面性质的两种毛织物对皮肤血流量的影响对比,反映了织物手感和柔软度等织物外观性质对皮肤血流量和温度有着显著影响. The laser Doppler technique is the only method for continuous monitoring of tissue blood perfusion. It can be used for registering dynamic responses of the blood flow in capillaries close to the skin surface and flow in the underlying arterioles and venules involved in thermo-regnlation. DRT4 Laser Doppler Flowmetry(LDF) was used to test the change of the forearm's skin blood flow and temperature, when it was covered by the cotton fabric and the wool fabric respectively. Through analyzing the influence contrast between the cotton fabric and the wool fabric, the mechanics stimulation of the fabric was found has the remarkable influence to the skin blood flux and the skin temperature in a cold-dry environment. In the same time, through contrasting the influence of two wool fabrics which have different surface property, the influence of the fabric surface characteristics was condhuded, such as the fabric handle and fabric softness property, on the change of the skin blood flow and the skin temperature are significant.
