摘要
为了研究共轭双股线的结构与拉伸性能,分别使用棉纱和涤纶长丝制成共轭双股线并对其进行加捻、扫描和拉伸试验.实验结果表明,共轭双股线的结构随着复捻的增加,纱线中的一股因同向加捻而收缩成为芯纱(丝),另一股因退捻而伸长成为包缠纱(丝),共轭双股线在复捻的作用下产生的捻缩率主要取决于芯纱(丝)的捻缩率,包缠纱(丝)对芯纱(丝)的包缠角取决于两根纱(丝)的捻缩率差异;共轭双股线的力学性能表现为,其强力低于相同纱号的普通双股线,随着捻度的增加,开始其强力急剧下降,存在一个临界捻度或捻系数,继续增加捻度,其强力增加,伸长加大,而且其拉伸断裂时会出现双峰现象,这是由于共轭双股线结构的二元性所决定的,当复捻足够大时,这种现象得到改善.在拉伸力学模型中,引入了新颖的滑块元件,对这一类型的纱线结构与力学性能做了解释.
The conjugate two-plied yarn (CTPY) is a combination of two single yarns with opposite twist directions through the second twisting process. The cotton yams and polyester fdaments were used to form the CTPYs, and then they are twisted and observed by a scanning microscope. The experimental results show that, with the increase of twist in the CTPY, one ply in the yarn becomes the core part, another ply in the yam becomes wrapped part. The twist shrinkage of the CTPY depends on the twist shrinkage of the core part and the angle of the wrapped part to the core part mainly depends on the shrinkage difference between the core part and the wrapped part. The tensile testing results show that the strength of the CTPY is less than that of the traditional two-plied yams in the same linear density. With the increasing of twist in the CTPY, its strength decreases sharply first and then increases. There exists a critical twist or twist coefficient. In addition, it was found that, during the tensile process, two peaks occur in the tensile curve. Furthermore, when the twist of the CTPY is big enough, this phenomenon is more evident.
