软木内衬材料的特性对织物起球测试的影响(英文)

摘要 软木内衬是箱式起球仪的重要材料.分析了起球仪用软木内衬材料的性能.实验结果表明,改变软木内衬材料的表面摩擦系数(0.6,0.8,1.0)与硬度(40HA, 60HA, and 80HA)影响针织物的起球测试结果.随着表面摩擦系数与硬度的增加,织物的起球数增加.此外,载样管直径的变化程度也影响织物起球测试结果. Cork liner is an important material for Pilling Box Tester. In this paper, the properties of cork liner used for Pilling Box Tester were analyzed. Experimental results showed that both the surface friction coefficient and the hardness of cork liner influenced the pilling test results of knitted fabric through changing the hardness (40HA, 60HA, and 80HA) and the surface friction coefficient (0. 6, 0. 8, and 1.0). With the increase of the surface friction coefficient and the hardness of cork liner, the pilling numher of fabric increased. In addition, the diameter deformation degree of sample tubs influenced the fabric pilling test.
