摘要
提出一套新的织物疵点轮廓提取算法,可简单快速地提取织物图像中已确定位置的疵点轮廓.采用"去纹理算法"去掉织物的图像纹理,提出"平均并色法"去掉疵点周围的背景并用扫描法提取疵点形状建立适合后续处理的数据模型;用方向判断法分析疵点内部与背景色颜色一致的点是否需要去除,建立疵点轮廓的环型数据模型供后续疵点的相关进行分析,并建立疵点轮廓逐行数据模型供后续平移、放缩、翻转等处理.通过实例得出该套算法适用范围广,可高速准确地自动提取织物疵点轮廓.
A new extraction algorithm of fabric defect silhouette was proposed. With this algorithm, the defect silhouette with certain position in fabric image is extracted easily and quickly, and a data model to subsequent treatment is constructed. A new algorithm "texture removing algorithm" to eliminate the texture of fabric image was introduced and "average color combining method" to remove the background around defects and extracts the defect shape with scanning method. Also a direction judgment method is given to judge whether the point which internal color is consistent with background need be removed. The ring data model of defect silhouette is constructed to subsequent defects analysis. The line data model of defect silhouette is established to subsequent translation, magnifying and reducing and turnover treatment. At last, examples prove that this algorithm can accomplish extraction of fabric defect silhouette preferably.
