摘要
为了研究三维双轴向间隔纬编织物的力学性能,在华龙通用测试系统上对这种织物进行了拉伸、剥离和撕裂测试.测试结果表明,经纱、纬纱和连接纱密度在很大程度上影响着三维双轴向间隔织物的拉伸、剥离和撕裂性能.
3D bi-axial spacer weft knitting fabrics synthesize the advantages of bi-axial reinforced fabrics and spacer fabrics. With the aim of investigating the mechanical properties of the fabric, tensile test, peeling test and tear test were carried out on Hualong Universal tester. The results showed that warp yarn density, weft yarn density and linking yam density influenced the tensile, peeling test and tear properties greatly.
