摘要
为研究液氨处理对汉麻性能的影响,本文将预处理后的纤维浸入液氨中,对比液氨处理前后汉麻纤维染色性能和其它性能的变化.发现汉麻纤维的木质素和果胶的含量对其染色性能有影响,特别果胶的影响最为显著;麻纤维均存在染色困难的问题,但不同的麻纤维的染色性也不完全相同,苎麻纤维的染色性略好于汉麻纤维;液氨处理有利于提高麻纤维的染色性,但去氨方式的不同,对麻纤维的染色性能的提高程度也有所不同,水洗去氨要好于烘燥去氨;随着液氨处理时间的延长,汉麻纤维的回潮率不断升高,但当处理时间超过30min后,其回潮率又会有所降低,但仍高于未处理试样.
In order to investigate the infection of liquid ammonia processing, hemp fiber after pretreatment was dip into liquid ammonia and the contrast was made. It was found that the content of lignin and pectin of hemp effect the performance of dying, especially the pectin. It's hard to dye for Hemp fiber. But the dying performance was different and ramie fiber is slightly better than that of hemp fiber. Liquid ammonia processing was favor to improve the dying performance. Different way of removing ammonia brought different effect on the dying performance of hemp fiber. Washing is better than drying to remove ammonia. With ammonia processing passing by, regain of hemp fiber raise continuously. But when the time of processing exceed 30min, the regain fall down, which was still higher than unsettled sample.
