摘要
基于针织物设计试织与结构性能测试实验,对PTT纤维的结构与性能特点进行了系统分析,开发出了PTT长丝纬平针组织针织物运动服面料,并对织物的拉伸回复性、蓬松性和尺寸稳定性等基本服用性能进行了测试.认为利用PTT纤维开发运动旅游休闲型系列高档针织面料,是未来相当一段时期内新合纤针织物设计开发的重要方向之一.
Based on the weft-knitted fabrics designing and the testing of its structure property, the structure and properties of PTT fibre were analyzed systematically. The tensile elasticity, bulkiness and dimensional stability of fabric made of PTT were tested. It was concluded that sport leisure wear made of PTr fibre is a main direction of Shin-Gosen fabrics in the future.
