摘要 研究了牵伸工艺参数,包括不同牵伸比、热盘和热板温度对并列型50/50 PET/PTT复合长丝的沸水收缩性能和卷曲性能的影响.结果表明:不同的牵伸工艺参数对PTT/PET复合长丝的沸水收缩性能和卷曲性能的影响程度各不相同.其中,热板温度是影响PTT/PET复合长丝的沸水收缩性能和卷曲性能的主要因素.因此,实际生产中应注意热盘温度的控制. Side-by-side PET/PTT bi-component filaments at 50/50 weight ratio were produced under normal industrial conditions and the effects of different drawing technological parameters induding draw ratio, temperatures of hot disc and hot plate on the boiling shrinkage property and crimp property of PTT/PET bi-eomponent filaments were systematically investigated. The results show that different drawing technological parameters affected the boiling water shrinkage property and crimp property of FTT/PET bi-component filaments in very different degrees. Among of the three technological parameters,temperature of hot disc is the main factor of affecting the boiling shrinkage property and crimp property of PTT/PET bi-component filaments. Therefore,it is important to pay more attention to control the temperature of hot disc during actural production.
