丙烯酰胺转化菌的分离筛选及其产酶条件(英文)

摘要 从腈纶厂污水处理系统的活性污泥中分离和筛选到一株丙烯酰胺转化菌.经初步鉴定,菌株T3属于红球菌属(Rhodococcus sp.).对菌株T3产生腈水合酶的最适条件进行研究,结果表明,该菌株的最适产酶条件为培养基初始pH值7.5,培养温度35℃,培养时间72h,同时加入0.05g/L Co2 +也会明显提高酶活性.在最适产酶条件下,菌株T3培养液的最高比酶活可达128.3U/mg,比优化前提高55.1%. A strain T3, which has the better ability of acrylamide bioconversion, was isolated from activated sludge in wastewater treatment system at an acrylic fiber factory. T3 is primarily identified as Rhodococcus sp. according to its mor-phological observation. The process conditions producing nitrile hydratase for T3 were investigated. The results indicated that optimal conditions are initial medium pH 7.5, culture temperature 35℃ and culture time 72h; And the study also showed that 0. 05g/L Co^2+ is very important to improving enzyme activity. Under the optimum fermentation conditions, the enzyme activity of T3 cell culture fluid may reaches its maximum value 128. 3U/mg, which increased by 55. 1% than before.
