离子吸附质谱中锂离子源的研制(英文)

摘要 研制并测试了一种用在离子吸附质谱中的锂离子源.这个离子源是通过在一个高真空管中,将Li2O.Al2O3.SiO2熔结在金属铼丝带上制备而成.考虑到离子源使用的耐久性及锂离子发射量,实验确定了最佳的铼丝温度为1 300℃.通过使用飞行时间质谱,大量的锂离子被检测到,表明研制的锂离子源能够用在质谱分析中. A kind of lithium ion source used for ion attachment mass spectrometry was fabricated and tested. The lithium ion source was made using a Re ribbon filament coated with Li2O · Al2O3 · SiO2, which was developed in a high vacuum chamber. The filament temperature of 1300℃ was decided in consideration of the effects of the durability of the filament and the quantity of the lithium ions. The copious lithium ions were detected using a time of flight mass spectrometry. It showed the applicability of the lithium ion source in mass spectrometry.
