26例骨原发性恶性淋巴瘤与预后相关因素分析

Prognostic Factors Associate with Primary Bone Lymphoma

目的探讨26例骨原发性恶性淋巴瘤患者的发病特点和影响其预后的相关因素。方法回顾性分析26例骨原发性恶性淋巴细胞瘤,采用单因素分析和Kaplan-Meier生存分析方法对该病预后相关因素进行研究。结果病理学类型、首次治疗敏感性和IPI评分是预后的密切相关因素。结论骨原发性恶性淋巴细胞瘤中组织病理学上弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤型的,对首次治疗敏感的及IPI评分低的病例有较好的预后。化疗是有效的治疗手段。

Objective To analyze the prognostic factors associated with primary bone lymphoma. Methods The prognostic factors of 26 primary bone lymphoma, including gender, age, location of disease, stage of disease, international prognostic index （IPI）,therapeutic regimen,serum levels of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, response to initial treatment, ECOG performance status and histopathology were analyzed. A log-rank test was used in a univariate analysis to identify factors related to overall survival and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was also applied. Results Histopathological subtype, response to initial treatment and IPI were factors significantly associated with overall survival. Conclusion Histopathological subtype,response to initial treatment and International Prognostic Index are important prognostic factors.
