Recent progress in magnetic resonance imaging for in vivo tracking of transplanted bone marrow stromal cells for treatment of brain ischemia

摘要 骨髓基质细胞(bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs)是成年哺乳动物骨髓中存在的一类特殊的非造血组织干细胞,其数量不到髓内细胞总数的0.05%,属于间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)范畴。它不表达造血干细胞的标志,如CD34,曾被称为“成纤维集落形成单位(CFU-fibroblast)”,具有多向分化潜能和高度自我复制能力,能够在特定条件下分化为多种起源组织口,包括神经元和胶质细胞等。由于BMSCs来源广泛,取材方便,具有神经分化的潜能,而且在临床应用中自身骨髓的取材不受伦理学和供体组织来源的限制,因此在神经系统疾病的细胞基因工程治疗方面有广阔的应用前景。
