治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化临床药物试验研究进展

摘要 最近十余年来，关于肌萎缩侧索硬化（ALS）治疗的研究有显著进展，其中1995年利鲁唑的上市是一个里程碑式的事件。我们回顾了1990年以后完成的随机对照临床试验（RCT）及有代表性的研究，以期对国内ALS治疗研究的试验设计有所启发。目前的治疗研究均以ALS某些致病原理假说为基础。
