与肿瘤侵袭转移相关的微小RNA研究进展
摘要
微小RNA（microRNA）是一类全长为19～25nt的非编码单链小分子RNA，通过与靶基因3’端非翻译区（3’UTR）结合，降解mRNA或抑制其翻译，从而调控靶基因的表达。从1993年Lee等拉0发现lin-4的小RNA，并命名为微小RNA以来，目前已发现500多种微小RNA作用于人体内，它们与细胞周期的调控、细胞分化和凋亡有密切联系。
