原发性食管淋巴上皮瘤样癌罕见,临床无特异表现,确诊依赖于活检。病理学特点为伴有淋巴基质的低分化或未分化癌,治疗以根治性手术为主。手术治疗较一般食管癌预后要好。

Primary lymphoepithelioma - like carcinoma of the esophagus is exceedingly rare. Without special clinical features, its diagnosis always depends on biopsy. The histopathologic features of LELC show poorly differentiated or undifferentiated carcinomas with lymphoid stroma. It might have a satisfactory prognosis if a radical surgery is performed.
