摘要
人本主义的生命教学观主要体现在他们对生命整体性的把握上。教学是对生命价值的寻找,教学要对非理性的欲望、需要给予特有的尊重。教学的过程不仅是学生获得知识技能、开发智力能力的过程,更重要的是满足和提升学生需要层次的过程。人本主义关注体验在教学中的价值,强调自我经验在学习与教学中的意义。人本主义的生命教学观也表达在对教学目标、学习观等的具体论述之中。但人本主义所坚持的仍然是一种主客二分的哲学观,因此它仍然需要在师生之间制造一个中心,无法将师生看成平等互动的关系。
The key point of humanism view of life teaching is that life is a whole. Teaching is a search of life value. More attention should be paid to irrational appetite and needs during teaching. The process of teaching is not only a process of obtaining knowledge, developing intelligence for students, but also a process of satisfying and developing the need level of students. Humanism emphasizes the value of experiencing in teaching. But humanism still adheres to the philosophy of " Separation of Subject from Object", it needs a center between teacher and student, teacher and student are regarded equally.
