摘要
目前,高职高专新生入学教育过于强调制度、纪律及可控性方面,而在学习指导、生涯规划等方面重视不够。为此,需要从增强心理自信、激发学习热情、提高对学校与专业的认同、提升未来期望、开展就业规划和职业指导等方面加强对高职高专新生的入学指导教育。
At present, entrance education in polytechnic colleges has several disadvantages, such as too much emphasis being placed on system, discipline, and career plan being neglected. We should try our best to improve entrance education in polytechnic colleges by strengthening self- confidence, stimulating learning enthusiasm, improving the school and professional identity, advancing the future expectation, and giving career guidance.
