多产柴油的催化裂化催化剂研究 被引量:8

摘要 应用常规的比表面和酸性分析方法并结合重馏分油微反活性测试,对实验室制备的多产柴油催化裂化催化剂进行了研究。用数学式DI=(柴油产率/重油产率)×(柴油产率/焦炭产率)表征了催化剂对柴油的选择性。揭示了多产柴油催化剂的结构和化学特征。多产柴油催化剂与传统的催化裂化催化剂的明显区别是:微孔(<1.7nm)表面积含量低于20%,微孔酸中心含量低于10%。提出了多产柴油催化剂的研制方法。 Several FCC catalysts prepared in laboratory were evaluated by heavy oil microactivity tests,and characterized by N2 BETBJH surface area measurements and NH3 adsorptiondesorption acidity measurements.The diesel selectivity was mathematically expressed byDI=(diesel yield/unconverted feed)×(diesel yield/coke yield)The structure and chemical properties of FCC catalysts and their roles in maximum diesel production were discussed.Compared with conventional ones,FCC catalysts for maximum diesel production are lower in both micropore area(less than 20% of the total surface area)and micropore acidic sites(less than 10% of the total acidic sites).The design and manufacture procedure of FCC catalysts for maximum diesel production were proposed.
