摘要
在２Ｌ三口瓶和５００Ｌ反应釜中，试验研究出润滑油废油再生时生成酸渣的处理新工艺——水解－中和法，在破乳剂作用下可有效地将酸渣分离为渣油和酸水，渣油可与２０％的催化裂化柴油调和生产出合格的１００号锅炉燃料或氧化制取３０号建筑沥青，酸水经中和、沉降后可循环使用，不向系统外排放，不产生环境污染，经济效益好。
A hydrolysis neutralization process for treating the acid sludge formed from used lube oil reclaimation was conducted on laboratory and pilot plant. The oil and sour water were separated by adding demulsifier. The recovered oil can be blended with 20% FCC LCO to produce No.100 boiler fuel oil or No.30 architectural asphaltene by oxidation. The sour water can be reused after neutralization and disengaging. This new treating process has the advantages of no enviromental pollution and better economic benifit.
