重视和开展我国康复医疗事业 被引量：2

摘要 我从事整形外科医学专业已有60多个岁月，为千万伤残患者做了数不清的手术，特别是在1958年，参加上海广慈医院（现瑞金医院）抢救大面积烧伤患者邱财康成功以后，开始接触更多的烧伤后头颈胸及双手瘢痕挛缩、瘢痕畸形患者，为他（她）们进行了修残补缺的外科治疗，修复外形和重建功能。在治疗中我深深地感到对于伤残畸形的治疗，仅仅依靠手术来进行矫正是远远不够的，虽然手术做得很成功，但如果术后缺乏牵引支架、理疗和功能锻炼，手术效果往往不够理想，甚至复发!
