呋嘛滴鼻液的质量控制

摘要 目的测定呋嘛滴鼻液中呋喃西林和盐酸麻黄碱的含量进行质量控制。方法采用HPLC,Agilent Eclipse×OB-C18色谱柱,乙腈:0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(22:78)为流动相,检测波长为255nm。结果呋喃西林在8~32μg/ml浓度范围内,盐酸麻黄碱在400~1600μg/ml浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数分别为r=0.9998和r=0.9999,呋喃西林的平均回收率为99.66%,盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率为99.90%。结论本法测定呋嘛滴鼻液的含量,简便、快速、结果准确,可用于其质量控制。 Purpose Determination of furosemide them nasal drops Nitrofurazone content of ephedrine hydrochlo- ride and quality control. Methods Using HPLC, Agilent Eclipse× OB-C18 column, acetonitrile:0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (22:78) as mobile phase, detection at 255nm. Results Nitrofurazone in 8-32ug/ml concentration, ephedrine hydrochloride in 400-1600ug/ml concentration, peak area and concentration was good linear rela- tionship, the correlation coefficient of r=0. 9998 and r=0. 9999, Nitrofurazone, the average recovery rate of 99.66 per- cent, ephedrine hydrochloride, the average recovery rate of 99.90% Conclusion Determination of this law do furosemide content of nasal drops, simple, rapid, accurate and can be used in its quality control.
