慢性心力衰竭患者血清CA125水平检测及临床意义

The measurement of serum levels of CA125 in patients with chronic congestive heart failure and its clinical significance

目的研究慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者不同心功能状态下血清肿瘤抗原125（CA125）水平的改变及其临床意义。方法对32例CHF患者按照纽约心功能分级标准分为心功能Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级组（A组）17例心功能Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级组（B组）15例，用化学发光法测定其血清CA125水平，并与25例健康人比较。结果CHF患者血清CA125平均水平高于对照组（P〈0．01），B组血清CA125平均水平高于A组。结论血清CA125水平与CHF患者心功能相关，临床上观察CA125的水平变化可以作为评价CHF患者心功能的一个重要指标。

Objective To study the change of serum levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125）in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF） and its clinical significance. Methods Thirty- two patients with CHF were divided into two groups based on standard New York Heart Association classification. NYHA Ⅰ and Ⅱ was known as the A group and 17 patients was in the A group. NYHA Ⅲ and IVwas known as the B group and 15 patients was in the B group. Twenty-five healthy persons were recruited as control group, The serum CA125 levels were determined by electrochemical luminescence immunoassay. Results The level of CAl25 in the patients with CHF was significantly higher than that in the control group. The level of CA125 in B group was higher than that in A group, but no significant difference（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion There was relevance between CA125 level and NYHA. The level of CA125 maybe a good index for CHF diagnosis and assessment.
