325例妊娠期高血压的临床治疗分析

Clinical treatment analysis of 325 cases of gestational hypertension

目的探讨降低妊娠期高血压患者围生期并发症及改善母儿预后的有效治疗方法。方法采取回顾性分析方法，分析本院妇产科2003—01～2008—12间收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者325例病例资料。结果通过采取解痉、镇静、降压、积极治疗产后出血等有效措施，325例妊娠期高血压疾病患者，全部治疗成功，无一例孕产妇死亡，围生儿死亡率为0．92％。结论通过加强孕期管理，采取积极有效的预防治疗措施，可明显改善妊娠期高血压患者的预后。

Objective To discuss the effective treatment method reducing the perinatal stage complication of gestational hypertension patients and improving the mother and fetal prognosis. Methods The clinical data of 325 cases of gestational hypertension which admitted to gynecology and obstetrics department from January, 2003 to December, 2008 were retrospectively analysed. Results Through adopting the positive and effective treatment measures such as spasmolysis, sedation,depressurization, treating postpartum hemorrhage positively and so on 325 cases of gestational hypertension were treated completely successfully, no death occrred in the pregnant woman,the perinatal mortality rate was 0.92%. Conclusion Strengthening the gestation period management, taking the positive, effective preventive and remedial measures, may obviously improve the gestation hypertension patient＇ s prognosis.
