摘要
原油在管道的输送过程中经常是油气水多相混合的液体 ,由于相态和流态的不同直接影响原油的输送效率。为解决这些问题 ,文章介绍一种油、气、水多相混输的模拟仿真系统 ,该系统可以模拟仿真油、气、水多相以不同比例 ,不同温度 ,不同压力 ,混输后不同相态的各种参数变化 ,从而找出油、气、水多相混输的规律和特性。根据这些规律和特性 ,通过控制多相混输的参数使原油的管道输送高效 ,节能。
During the transportation of crude oil in the pipeline,it is usually in the form of multiphase fluid for oil,gas and water. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduces a mixed transportation simulation system of multiphase fluid for oil,gas and water. The system can simulate the mixed transportation of the multiphase fluid for the oil,gas and water with different proportion, temperature and presure. By changing the above parameter,it can find out the regular pattern and property of the mixed transportation of multiphase fluid for oil, gas and water. According to the reqular pattern and property,by controlling the above parmeters,one can improve the oil transportation efficiency of the pipeline and its safety coefficient.
