铁路罐车原油人工计量误差分析

Error analysis in manual oil metering for rail tanker

铁路罐车既是运输石油及其产品的工具,又是计量的器具。对在罐车原油计量中人工计量的三个环节易产生误差的原因作了分析,指出在罐车罐体总高、油温、取样的测定中均会对计量准确度造成影响,并根据以往的经验提出了减少误差的对策。

Rail tanker is not only a kind of means of transporting oil and other products,but also a kind of metering device. The article analyzes the reason of error liable to be occurred in three links in rail tanker's manual metering and points out that total height of rail tanker's body .oil's temperature and in sampling determination will effect on the accuracy of the metering. Countermeasure is put forward for error reducing based on previous experience.
