动力性锁钉在下肢长骨干骨折中的应用

摘要 目的探讨轴向控制动力性锁钉在股骨、胫骨干骨折治疗中的效果。方法通过对100例股骨、胫骨干骨折应用轴向控制动力性锁钉的手术操作、疗效及并发症等进行追踪研究。结果本组病例骨折93例一期愈合,其余病例尚在随访中,没有出现伤口感染或断钉等并发症。结论轴向控制动力性锁钉是一种新型内固定材料,具有内固定可靠、操作简便、骨折愈合快及并发症少等优点。 Objective To study axial brake dynamic locking intramedullary nail of therapy effect to the shaft of femur and tibia fracture. Methods To research the operation and efficacy and complication of dynamic locking intramedullary nail effect to 100 cases shaft of femur and tibia fracture. Result 93 cases of the group were primary healing; the others are still at follow-up survey, and no complication of wound infection or broken nail. Conclusion Axial brake dynamic is new internal fixation material and has much advantage such as confident internal fixation, fast healing and few complications.
