乳腺癌根治术患者的护理疗效探讨

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF NURSING CARE ON BREAST CANCER TREATED WITH RADICALMASTECTOMY

目的探讨健康教育在乳腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法将126例行乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各63例。观察组采用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组采用常规护理,观察并比较两组临床护理效果。结果两组间健康教育达标率、患者满意度、遵医行为和住院时间等比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组患者心理障碍发生率及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径对乳腺癌根治术患者进行护理,可有效提高护理质量、患者满意度及生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of health education on patients treated with radical mastectomy.Methods 126 cases of patients treated with radical mastectomy were randomly divided into the observation group （ n = 63） and the control group （ n = 63）. Clinical nursing pathway was applied to the observation group and routine nursing care was given to the control group. The effect of clinical nursing care was observed and compared. Results There was significant difference in terms of the up - to - standard rate of health education, patients＇ satisfaction, compliance behavior and the duration of hospitalization between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of mental disorder and complication was lower in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway provide to patients with radical mastectomy can effectively promote the quality of nursing care, patients＇ satisfaction and quality of life.
