摘要
目的加强风险管理,确保医疗护理安全。方法对各种危险因素进行评估,制定防范措施。结果减少了医患纠纷,提高了护理质量。结论注重风险管理,可有效减少医患纠纷和护理事故的发生。
Objective To explore the metods of reinforce the management against risks to ensure the safe medical and nursing measures. Methods The risk factors were evaluated to make precautions. Results Medical disputes were greatly reduced and the nursing quality was greatly improved. Conclusion Strenghtening the management against risks can effectively reduce medical disputes and accidents.
