摘要
目的探讨无张力疝修补术在腹股沟斜疝中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院2002年6月至2008年6月在腹股沟斜疝360例中应用网状补片行无张力疝修补术的疗效。结果360例均Ⅰ期修补成功,出现阴囊肿胀5例,经对症保守治疗1周后消退。所有病例术后切口疼痛轻微,无需使用止痛药物,可早期下床活动。随访1~3年,无复发。结论该术式具有创伤小,术后痛苦小,恢复快及复发率低等优点。
Objective To explore the application of tension-free hemioplasty（TFH） to the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia（IIH）. Methods The therapeutic effects of applying TFH to the treatment of IIH by using Bard mesh patch in 360 cases from June,2002 to June,2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All eases got successful repair at the first stage, 5 cases got scrotal swelling which disappeared after a week of expectant treat- ment. All cases had only slight pain in the incisions and no analgesic drugs needed to be used. They could get out of bed to practice early. The 1-3 years of follow-up surveys found no recurrences. Conclusion This kind of surgery produces small wounds and little postoperative pain. Patients can recover quickly with low low rate of recurrence.
