摘要
以某企业数字角度测量仪生产组织过程为研究对象,根据企业小批量多品种订货组装的生产运作特点,运用生产流水线的组织方式对企业的原生产组织及流程进行改造,设计流水线平整方案,对作业内容、设备和人员重新分配。新方案的实施使生产能力提高1倍以上,减少了人员,缩短了生产周期,同时生产现场的环境得到了较大改善。
Based on production organization process analysis of a digital measuring instrument enterprise, according to the characteristics of multi-item small-lot make to orders production, through BPR (Business Process Reengineering), the enterprise initial production organization was changed into production lines, the production lines were balanced, and the iob, equipment and personnel were redistributed. The implementation of new programs doubled the production capacity, reduced the staff, and shortened the production cycle. At the same time, the production of site management has been greatly improved.
