以某企业数字角度测量仪生产组织过程为研究对象,根据企业小批量多品种订货组装的生产运作特点,运用生产流水线的组织方式对企业的原生产组织及流程进行改造,设计流水线平整方案,对作业内容、设备和人员重新分配。新方案的实施使生产能力提高1倍以上,减少了人员,缩短了生产周期,同时生产现场的环境得到了较大改善。
