摘要 为了保证人才培养的质量和提升其就业竞争力,借鉴国内重点院校微电子学专业集成电路(Integrate Circuit,简称IC)设计课程体系建设及人才培养经验,且充分考虑IC设计理论和技术的教学特点,提出了一个关于IC设计主干课程设置的构想,以期为桂林电子科技大学微电子学专业IC设计人才培养开辟一条新的思路。 In order to ensure the quality of personnel training and enhance the competitiveness of their employability, it is necessary to explore how to set up a scientific and reasonable curriculum. In this paper, we use these experiences of microelectronics specialty Integrate Circuit (IC) in course design, system construction and personnel training from domestic key universities for reference, and give full consideration of the teaching characteristics of IC design theory and techniques, and put forward an idea about IC design core courses design. Its significance lies in paving a new way for microelectronies specialty IC design personnel training in my school.
