摘要
开采含胶质沥青、含蜡和凝固点高的“三高”稠油 ,常采用蒸气吞吐、化学降粘和热水射流伴送以及钢质空心抽油杆工频感应加热技术等方法 ,这些方法存在投资高、不便管理等缺点。而我们新研制的逆变式感应加热电源 ,采用IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶体管 )作为功率开关器件 ,提高了输出电压的频率。与工频加热电源相比 ,新型抽油杆加热电源具有体积小、轻便、效率高、价格较低等特点。试验表明 ,新型抽油杆加热电源工作时效率高、可靠性高。
Usually,the methods of steam soak,chemical reducing viscosity and hot water efflux accompaniment are used to recover the thick oil with high gel asphalt,high wax and high solidefying point. But these methods are of some defects,such as high investment and difficulty of management. We develop a new kind of inverting induction heating power supply by saking IGBT as power switching element. This power supply increases the output voltage. Campared with the old one, it is of small size, light weight, high efficiency and low price. Experiments have shown that it can be operated with efficiency and reliability.
