摘要
以胜利炼油厂气体分离装置为对象详细研究精馏塔压力波动对气体分离装置的塔板效率和装置能耗的影响,建立以标定数据为基础的AspenPlus流程模拟模型和长期运行数据的Foxbase数据库,对操作状况进行大量的模拟计算和统计分析。结果表明,压力波动较大是胜利炼油厂气体分离装置能耗较高的主要原因。根据这一结论对气体分离装置进行以稳定压力为主的针对性改造,改造后各塔操作稳定性和塔板效率明显提高。
The effect of pressure fluctuation on energy consumption and plate efficiency of the light ends plant in Shengli Refinery was studied. The Aspen Plus flowsheet simulation model based on the rating data and the Fox Base databank which stored the long term operation data was built up, and the simulation calculation & statical analysis were made for the plant operation. The results showed that the pressure fluctuation was the key factor for the high energy consumption. The renovation was aimed at stabilizing the operation pressure, hence the energy consumption and the plate efficiency were obviously improved.
