摘要
报道了新开发的导向梯形浮阀塔板的结构特点和性能,分析了这种新型浮阀塔板上气液两相的流动状况,揭示了其特有的利用气体的动量推动液体向前流动的导向推液作用,从而减小直至消除液面落差,减小局部漏液,改善气体流动的均匀性,进而提高塔板效率。试验测定结果表明,导向梯形浮阀塔板效率比F1型浮阀塔板提高了5%~10%以上。此外介绍了导向梯形浮阀塔板的工业应用。
