摘要
NK-HITEN610U钢是日本生产的一种具有良好缺口韧性和焊接性的调质高强钢，用于制造超大直径的塔设备目前尚属少见。本文从焊接工艺、冷作工艺两方面总结了扬子石化公司二甲苯分离塔的制造经验，以及针对大型设备制造过程中易发生的问题所采取的有效的技术措施。
NK-HITEN610H steel fabricated in Japan is a sort of quenched and tempered having good notch toughness. It is hard to use this steel to fabricate supper large diameter tower before. This paper summaries fabrication of xylene separating tower in Yangzi petro-chemical corp in aspects of welding process and non-thermal process. It also discusses some technical proposal to solve problems may occur in fabrication.
