Abstract The paper introduces the application of the PC(Programmable Controller)in the stroke reversing control of the double cylinder double acting hydraulic drive reciprocating pump,and explains the it’s operating principle, the hardware wiring and the program design of the PC.The stroke reversing of the hydraulic drive reciprocating pump is controlled by the PC,which simplifies the electrical lines,enhances the controlling flexibility,and possesses the peculiarities of high controlling precision,good reliability,convenient maintenance and debugging as well as alterable programming.
