摘要
建立了前置烧焦罐式高效再生器动态机理模型。烧焦罐再生段采用轴向扩散模型,包括催化剂上碳含量、氢含量和再生温度动态分布参数方程、气体中氧含量拟稳态分布参数方程和催化剂藏量动态方程。二密相床气速低,采用气固全返混模型,并考虑了气体外扩散对烧碳速率的影响。二密相床数学模型包括再生剂碳含量和催化剂藏量的动态集中参数方程和烟气中氧含量的拟稳态代数方程。
A mechanistic dynamic model has been developed for the regenerator of a fluid catalytic cracking unit(FCCU)with a high efficient regenerator.The first stage of the regenerator,fast fluidized bed,was constructed with an axial dispersion model in which dynamic distributed parameter equations for carbon and hydrogen content on catalyst and regeneration temperature,pseudosteady distributed parameter equation for oxygen content in gas and dynamic lumped parameter equation for catalyst holdup are included.The gas rate in the second stage of the regenerator,bubble fluidized bed,is so slow that the stage was formulated with CSTR model for both gas and catalyst,which composes of dynamic lumped parameter equations for carbon on regenerated catalyst and catalyst holdup,and pseudosteady algebraic equation for oxygen content in gas,and the effect of dispersion rate of gas through the film on the surface of catalyst was also considered.
