摘要
以某厂年产80万吨加氢裂化反应器为背景,在其已建静态机理模型的基础上,采用正交设计方法获取模型特性数据,并从模型的准确性考虑,采用三因子──二水平的方法进行安排,采用L8(27)实验安排,模拟反应器的运行,得到实验数据,并用多元非线性逐步回归的方法,对因子实验设计模拟结果进行回归,求得加氢裂化反应器简化控制数学模型.最后以生产现场的实测数据对该简化控制数学模型进行了验证,验证结果表明,该模型有较高的近似精度。
In the paper,the reactor of hydrocraching process whose processing capacity is 80* 105t/y is studied.Based on its static mechanism mathematical model,the orthonormal design method is utilized to obtain model charactoristic datas.In consideration of the exactness of the model,it is arranged in three factorstwo levels method,by using L8( 27) experimentation,and modling upon the working of the ractor,“experimental” datas are obtained.With the nonlinear progressive regression method,the mock results of factors experiment design regres,and a simplified optimized control model is established.In the end,verified in practical datas,the result shows that this modle is of better precision.
