脐周皮下注射低分子肝素钙局部按压时间与皮下出血的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨患者脐周皮下注射低分子肝素钙局部按压时间长短与皮下出血发生的关系。方法80例急性脑梗死患者常规应用低分子肝素钙7~10d,平均8d,每例患者平均应用低分子肝素钙16次。将每例患者的16次脐周皮下注射低分子肝素钙局部按压时间的长短分为甲、乙两组,甲组按压时间3~5min,乙组按压时间>5min。观察每次皮下出血的发生例次及出血点的大小。结果脐周皮下注射低分子肝素钙局部不同按压时间与皮下出血的发生率及出血面积的大小之间存在关联(P<0.01),且>5min组出血率及出血面积与3~5min组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脐周皮下注射低分子肝素钙局部按压>5min可以有效降低皮下出血的发生率。 Objective To explore the relationship between local press time in patients after periderm subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium (LMWHC) and subcutaneous bleeding. Methods 80 patients of acute cerebral infarction were administrated with LMWHC 7 - 10d (mean =8 d) , each patients was given LMWHC on an average of 16 times. The patients were divided into group A and B according to the during of press time after 16 times of LMWHC administration,group A press time 〉 3 min 〈 5min, group B press time 〉 5min. Observation of incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage and the size of bleeding points. Results There was relationship between local press time after navel subcutaneous injection of LMWHC and the incidence of subcutaneous bleeding and size of bleeding pointing ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; there was significant difference in the occurrence of bleeding and bleeding size between group A and group B ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Local press time 〉 5min after navel subcutaneous injection LMWHC can effectively reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage.
