摘要
夏季,液化气储罐外表面需采用喷淋水降温,该方法不仅消耗大量的工业水和电能,而且使罐体表面防腐层和金属本体腐蚀严重。为了解决这一难题,在10座100 m^3卧式液化气储罐上试用了上海大通研究所生产的DT-22型凉凉隔热胶,该产品可直接涂覆于储罐的外表面,从而达到隔热降温的效果。凉凉隔热胶与红丹防锈漆相比,其抗化学性能好、防锈性能极佳、耐磨性好、附着力强,涂覆在液化气储罐上,取消了夏季的喷淋水降温,省去了防腐上一年一刷漆的工序,既节约了维修费用,又延长了储罐的使用寿命。
The external surface of liquefied gas storage tank should be sprayed with water to reduce its temperature in summer season. This measure not only consumes large amount of industrial water and electric energy, but also brings serious corrosion to tank's surface coating and metal body. To solve this problem, DT-22 Liangliang insulating colloid produced by Shanghai Datong Research Institute is tried out to 10 sets of 100 m3 horizontal liquefied gas storage tank. This product can be painted to tank's external surface directly to realize insulating and temperature reducing efficiency.Compared with red lead antirust paint,Liangliang insulating colloid has good properties of chemical resistance, rust resistance, abrasive resistance and adhesion. When it is painted to liquefied gas tanks, there will be no need to perform water spraying for temperature reducing in summer,thus saves the painting procedure for anticorrosion year by year,and saves maintenance cost and extends tank's life span.
