本文是宝钢（集团）公司赵昆在大中口径直缝埋弧焊管研讨会的发言。就宝钢建设宽厚板轧机的设想，建设方面的４个优势，地理优势、装备配套优势、原材料优势、技术开发优势作了论述。探讨了合作建设直缝埋弧焊管生产线的设想。并就进一步开发天然气管道专用管及高强度管线钢谈了看法。在实现三个设想的基础上，就宝钢发展直缝埋弧焊管的问题提出了设想。

he paper is Zhao Kun's speech in the large and middle-sized longitudinally submerged arc welded pipe discussion. According to the assumption of constructing thick steel plate rolling mill in Baoshan steel Co., there are four advantages: favorable geographical position, corollary equipment, raw material, and technique. The assumption that production lines, which produce longitudinally submerged arc welded pipes, are built cooperatively is discussed. For developing pipes that are used specially for the natural gas transmission and high strength pipeline steel, some suggestions are also mentioned. On the basis of realizing three assumptions, the assumption of developing the longitudinally submerged arc welded pipe in Baoshan steel Co. is put forward.
