摘要
科威特金属钢厂(简称KMPI)生产的螺旋焊管的质量控制严格按照其质量控制程序和质量计划进行,以588×8.48 mm螺旋焊管为例,介绍了其生产过程中钢卷的质量控制、管子的成型及外焊缝的质量控制、超声波探伤、管子切割及力学性能试验质量控制、首次外观检查质量控制、缺陷检查及修补要求、射线检查质量控制、水压试验、最终检查和标记一整套质量控制程序。
Quality control of the spiral pipes produced by Kuwait Metal Steel Plant (KMPI) accords strictly with quality control program and quality plan. Taking 588×8. 48mm for example,introduces a complete package of quality control program in production process of steel roll,pipe's formation and outer welds, ultrasonic inspection, pipe cutting and test of mechanical property,first visual inspection, defect examination and repair requirement, ray inspection,hydraulic test, and final examination and marking.
